2010 Knights Lacrosse Skill Sessions for 1st – 8th Grade Girls
Our Mission
Foster sound fundamentals in a fun and upbeat learning environment. Teach individual skills with an understanding of the relationship to team concepts.

All Players will need the following lacrosse equipment to play:
- Girls Lacrosse Stick
- Protective Eye Guard
- Mouth Guard
- Sneakers or Turf shoes
- WATER
Details
Sundays 9/26, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, & 10/31 at Bayard Rustin High School, Stadium Turf Field
*10/3 UPENN Tournament, no skill sessions
Times
Elementary Age Players, 1st – 5th: 10am-11am
**One hour of skills, demonstrations & instructions only
Middle School Age Players, 6th – 8th: 10:30am – Noon
**One hour of skills, demonstrations & instruction plus thirty minutes of game play. Goalie training will be included!
Fee
$115 Includes 5 Skill Sessions Only
or
$165 Includes 5 Skill Sessions and UPENN 7 v7 Youth All Day Tournament 10/3/2010 for 7th and 8th grades ONLY. Click Here for more details
