Mary Fran Riffel is a Temple University Graduate from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, with a BS in Sports and Recreation Management and Event Planning. While attending Temple University, Mary Fran played for the Division I Women's lacrosse Team. She helped her team to Four Atlantic 10 Championships and Four NCAA appearances. Since graduating she coached three years as head coach Villa Maria lower school and two years with Great Valley High School as assistant varsity. She hopes to spread her knowledge not only about the sport but to also create well rounded young athletes.

Laura Capuano is currently the head varsity lacrosse coach at WC Bayard Rustin High School and has over seven years of high school coaching. Laura was a two-time All-American, captain and leading scorer for West Chester University. Laura played on West Chester University's 1995 and 1996 Division II Championship team and was named MVP of the 1995 Championship Game. |

Kim Wenger is a Great Valley graduate. While attending GV Kim was a 4 year starter as well as a two year captain. She was a part of the 2005 State winning championship team, 2007 SCCL Champion team and the 2008 State Championship second place team. Kim is one of the most balanced midfielders out there. She now plays for the Division I Duke Blue Devils. |

Kirstin McGoldrick-Sheehe is currently the assistant varsity coach at Haverford High School . She went to West Chester University where she helped her team make it to 3 NCAA championship trips, winning in 2002. She was an All-American, and a PSAC player of the year. She currently is a 5th grade teacher in the Haverford District, and will be starting her 3rd year as the assistant coach. She hopes to bring her knowledge and passion for the game to this team. |

Melissa Sweeney is a High School All American from WC Henderson (1999) where she graduate with 3 state championships. She went on to play at UMD (2004) and graduated with 2 national championships. For the past 4 years she has been a physical education teacher (elementary and high school) and coached at VMA (1 year as head coach and 1 year as an assistant). She plays on Laxzilla/Philly Womens Lax. |

Haley Sheehan is a Great Valley High School captain and three year varsity player. She was apart of the 2007 SCCL Champion team and the 2008 State Championship second place team. Haley was also an Under Armour League Participant and was 1st team all league as a junior. She has been coaching with Envy lacrosse since 2008. |

Audrey Sullivan is currently playing club lacrosse and studying nursing at the University of Delaware. Her high school career at Great Valley was highlighted by three years in a starting defense postion, a captain position senior year, several league championships, and a State Championship win in 2005. |

Meg Cloutman was a 4-year Division 1 lacrosse player at Duquesne University. She was the team co-captain in 2007 and helped her team make it to 2 Atlantic-10 Tournament appearances in '04 and '05. She is currently finishing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Duquesne University. She was the assistant JV lacrosse coach at Mt. Lebanon Highschool in Pittsburgh, Pa in 2008. |

Sarah George graduated from W.C Rustin in 2008. While at Rustin Sarah was a devoted member of both their field hockey & lacrosse teams. While playing there she assisted both teams to become ches-mont champions and finished out both their seasons very successfully. Sarah is currently a student at Alvernia University, in Reading PA, where she continues her athletic career in both field hockey & lacrosse. Off the field Sarah is studying to obtain a duel major in Elementary & Special Education. |

Sarah Bauer just finished her sophomore year at Drexel University where she is majoring in nursing. She played in all 17 games as a freshman and started all but one game as a sophomore. She was a caption and key player of West Chester East's District 1 championship team in 2007 and was named Academic All-American. |

Beth Smiley started 4 years at Widener University, Developed and coached lacrosse program at Lower Villa Maria Academy 1998-2005, Assistant Varsity Coach at Villa Maria - 1992 & 2006, Freshmen & JV Coach at WC East since 2007. Selector for National Tournament 2006, Division II Coach for National Tournament 2006. Coached various camps and clinics for Villa Maria, and Envy. Coached Field Hockey at Lower Villa 1996-2008. |
